Solar Innovation Grant Program Announced
Tennessee Solar Institute (TSI) announced Tuesday that it is seeking grant applications for $14.5 million in incentives for solar innovation projects that encourage the development of Tennessee's solar industry.

Tennessee has created a $50 million loan program designed to help businesses become more energy efficient.
The Energy Efficiency Loan Program will offer loans of between $20,000 and $1 million to pay for improvements. Governor Bredesen made the announcement Wednesday morning at the state Capitol building, along with economic development commissioner Matt Kisber, Pathway Lending president Clint Gwin and TVA executive vice president Ken Breeden.
